Home & community
Home & community propane delivery
Propane is how high-desert homes stay warm in winter and cook year-round — a clean-burning, efficient fuel stored right on your own land. We deliver to homes of every size across the Nation — from a single home off a long dirt road to a whole-house system.
Will-call delivery. You watch your gauge and call when you are ready. We deliver on your schedule — a good fit if you use propane seasonally or prefer to manage your own timing.
Automatic keep-full. We monitor your usage and the weather and deliver before you run low. Keep-full customers run out far less often than will-call customers. Out here, where a run-out means no heat and a required leak check before we can restart, this is the reliable choice.

Tank installation
New to propane? We handle the whole setup.
Tank selection, installation, line connection, and your first fill — one call, one company, start to finish.
Switching providers or starting fresh can feel like a lot. We make it simple: we size and set the tank, run the yard line, and do the leak test — right for your home and for how far it sits from the road. Sizes commonly run from 120-gallon tanks for limited use up to 500 or 1,000 gallons for whole-home heat or a home far out. No gaps in service, no runaround.
Keep-full service
Never call for a delivery again.
We monitor your usage, watch the weather, and keep your tank above the comfort zone all year.
No gauge-watching. No run-outs. No re-lighting pilots on the coldest night of the year, and no leak check to schedule before you get heat back. Most customers who switch to keep-full never switch back.

Common questions
Propane service questions
What is automatic keep-full delivery?
Keep-full means we track your usage and deliver propane automatically before your tank gets low. You never have to call, watch a gauge, or worry about running out. It is the right choice if you rely on propane for heat or hot water.
What’s the difference between will-call and keep-full?
Will-call: you watch your gauge and call us when you want a delivery. You control the timing.
Keep-full: we monitor your usage and the weather and deliver automatically before you run low. No calls, no gauge-watching, no run-outs. Most customers who switch to keep-full never switch back.
Do you install new propane tanks?
Yes. We handle the full installation — tank, lines, and first fill. Call 505-531-0082 and we’ll walk you through what’s involved for your property.
What size propane tank do I need for my home?
Tank size depends on how many appliances use propane and how much space you’re heating. Common sizes: 120-gallon tanks for limited use (a generator or gas range), and 250–1,000 gallons for whole-home heat or a home far from the road. We’ll assess your needs and recommend the right size.
How often do I need a delivery?
It depends on your usage, tank size, and the season. Most will-call customers schedule a delivery when their gauge reaches 20–30%. Keep-full customers don’t have to think about it — we deliver before you run low. Call us and we’ll help you figure out what makes sense for your home.
